Easy Ways to Get Started

As with most forms of writing, the proof of your ability is in what you create.

Twine

The best place to practice branching dialogues. I map out all kinds of experiences in Twine before migrating them to other software. I love being able to go to twinery/org/2 on any PC to instantly start throwing something together.

RPG Maker

Great for making those little top-down RPGs with epic storylines. I used RPG Maker VXAce & MV to make the games on my Story Moments page.
